Indian Laurel (Ficus Nitida) is a statement of strength and elegance. Its fast linear growth, glossy, broad foliage make it a perfect privacy tree forming lush living walls or sculptural specimens that define outdoor spaces. With skilled pruning, Indian Laurel Standard Form focuses all the density and privacy at the top of the tree. This allows the Indian Laurel to show off its elegant white trunk usually accompanied by underlighting while also opening up more space around the base of the tree for additional plantings. Typically maintained at heights of 10-20ft.
